| Description: | Complete accurate working plans, scale drawings and revisions of complex projects, integrating engineering drafting methods and procedures with the operation and application of computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software.

| Duties: | - Create individual drawings for each project as well as site plans when provided
- Create drawing package for special projects such as bid packages
- Make necessary revisions to drawings.
- Prioritize all work by due dates
- Provide summary report on a weekly basis on discrepancies and progress on large projects
- Perform job functions per company standards Standards
|
| Qualifications: | - High School Diploma with courses in computer aided drafting, or equivalent experience
- Must be proficient in latest version of AutoCAD MEP
- Must be able to apply shape description to design problems and prepare drawings that conform to company standards
- Adhere to AutoCAD procedures for layering, line types, colors, and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout
- Provide design and calculation assistance
- AutoCAD Drafting Certificate, preferred but not required
- AutoCAD drafting experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills |
